Who we are
Lamb Creative is Chris Lamb's studio in Helena, AL. When this page says "we," it means Lamb Creative. It covers lambcrtv.com.
What you send us
Our contact and questionnaire forms ask for things like your name, email, phone number, your business and your answers to our questions. The forms are sent through Formspree, a form service, which passes them on to us by email.
We use what you send to get back to you and to do the work you hire us for. If you call or email, we keep that conversation so we can follow up.
We keep form submissions and client records for as long as we're working together, and up to three years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Analytics and ad tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how people find and use this site, like which pages get visited and what kind of device they're on. When you tap our phone number or email address, we count that tap too. None of this tells us your name.
We also use Google Ads conversion tracking. It tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to call us or send a form, so we know which ads are working.
Both use cookies and similar technology, and Google handles that data under its own policies. Google explains how it uses data from sites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
How to opt out
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Install Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center at myadcenter.google.com.
Payments
You can't pay on this website. After we talk, we send invoices by email through Relay, our business banking provider. Your payment details go to them, not to us or this site. We never see or store a card number.
We don't sell your information
We don't sell your information to anyone. We share it only with the services named on this page so they can do their part: Formspree for forms, Google for analytics and ads, and Relay for invoicing.
Asking us to delete it
Want to see what we have, or want it deleted? Email chris@lambcrtv.com and tell us what you'd like removed. If we've worked together, we may need to keep some records, like invoices, for taxes.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
